How long is the order processing time?

Items in stock will take approximately 3 days from date of receipt for delivery within Singapore and 7 to 14 days for all international delivery. All products we display are in stock unless otherwise stated.

How do I make an exchange?

We try to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products. As much as we desire the whole transaction to be seamless, some of the products may display minor blemish inherent from the place of manufacture. We seek your understanding where the defect is trivial as these do add to its character.In instances where the goods delivered are defective, damaged or wrong orders, we will arrange for an immediate exchange. A refund will be issued if the product is the last in our stock. In any other cases, items purchased are not exchangeable nor returnable.

Payment can be made via either bank transfer (only Singapore) or PayPal using various credit cards.
